The Burger and Beer Fundraiser

The price of the burger and beer ticket will be $10. This will include a burger, fries and a sleeve of our house draft (Canadian, Coors Light or Jacks Lager), a glass of house wine, a bar highball, juice, pop, coffee or tea. All of the burgers (either beef or veggie) will come with mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion on the bun.

Guests wanting different food items are more than welcome to order from the regular menu.

You can pick the price you will sell your tickets for. The average price is about $20. Jack’s requires a $150 deposit at the time the tickets are being picked up with the number confirmed and paid for at least 7 days in advance.

Seating for your fundraiser

Your seats will be reserved between 5pm and 6pm on the night of your fundraiser. Times may change due to events. You are welcome to order food up until the kitchen closes at 11pm but seat reservations can be held up until 6pm. We can hold up to 60 people on Friday and Saturday nights, 50 people on hockey nights, 100 people from Sunday-Thursday on non-event days and have a minimum of 30 for fundraisers. *If you would like to sell more tickets we can print some after 8:30pm tickets that could either include the burger and beer or just a drink ticket. These tickets would not have a reserved seat but would be able to get their burger and beer after 8:30pm.

Jack’s Pub will print all tickets and can have them ready for you within one week of confirming your fundraiser

Money Raising Ideas

Many of the groups have been successful with 50/50 draws, wine boards, toonie tosses and square boards. If you have any questions on how to organize these draws you can give us a call at 604-580-6477

Fundraising applicants must fill out the attached application form and submit it to the pub in order to secure the date that has been chosen.
